Major Talent is partnered with a global player in the flavours and fragrance industry, which has facilities throughout North America, Asia, and the UK. We are looking to speak with candidates for a Regulatory Specialist opening

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all regulatory documentation and certification files in compliance with international standards

This role requires previous experience in the flavours or fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the certification process for products across multiple markets (EU, US, Asia-Pacific)
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and external auditors
• Organise and maintain comprehensive documentation systems for regulatory submissions and approvals
• Lead and manage a small team responsible for regulatory compliance activities
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure company compliance
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, and reports within required timelines
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to quality management systems
• Provide regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or certification management, preferably in the Fragrances and Flavours industry.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU regulations, ISO standards, GMP, FSSC, REACH)
• Proven experience managing documentation systems and regulatory databases
• Team management and leadership experience
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
